Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Georgia, Moldova, Russia, Turkey.

Note:
In order to meet the requirements in relation to 'co-operation in the field of justice and home affairs' (Chapter 24), Candidate Countries wanting to join the EC are expected to have signed and ratified this Convention, as most now have. The most recent countries to ratify the Convention were Albania in February 2005, Liechtenstein in 2004, Malta in 2003 and Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Poland and Romania in 2002.
